TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • At SMTC, your monthly fee is inclusive and starts with 8 easy monthly payments from April 15th till Nov 15th.

  • Classes / training / performances will finish on Dec 9th with possible added performances after this date.

  • Any cancellation on classes will require a 30 day notice emailed to starsmusicaltheatrecompany@gmail.com. Once email is received, direct debit will cease one month after written notice.

  • All monthly fees include all rehearsals commencing Wed 15th April and will continue up to Wed 9th Dec (including school holidays).

  • There is no credit or make-up lesson if you miss or cannot attend a class.

  • If you miss a rehearsal or cannot attend, please send an SMS to Natalie on 0402787905.

  • It is up to each performer/student to catch up on what was missed during that week.

  • Payments are processed on the 15th of each month, April till Nov. If you have paid your first month deposit prior to April 15th, your next installment will be May 15th.

  • No refunds apply for missed classes or early withdrawal.

  • Payments - If a payment is not successful and does not go through on the 15th of each month, a late fee of $15 will be incurred if not paid within 7 days after the due date.
